About Plasmon:

Plasmon (real name Ian Olson) is a music producer from Seattle. Defying the walls between genres, plasmon's music is often aimed at sending listeners into a frenzy of dance, and other times into a state of psychedelic euphoria.

Starting in 2006, Plasmon began to produce pumping dance-floor beats, funky riddims, and experiments in musical art. In many tracks, Plasmon exudes a gothic darkness not often heard on the modern dance-floors.

Raw synthesis is a fundamental part of Plasmon's music. Borrowing from 90's analogue techno and trance, many of Plasmon's bass-lines and beats have a fluid and evolving quality to them.
